The Group tracks implementation of the Drought Plan and suggests modifications.
The Group meets quarterly in Madras, with a video option.
Workgroups have been created for the following topics and meet more frequently to develop and implement specific Tools in the Drought Plan. More Workgroups will be developed as needed.

The Group continues to grow and is open to any interested party that seeks to move forward in a collaborative manner to help both fish and farmers. People can participate at any level they wish. Several participants are members of the Deschutes Basin Water Collaborative, and the Group seeks to stay aligned with Collaborative goals and messaging.
