Staci has managed Soil and Water Conservation Districts for 12 years after starting as a Conservation Technician and attaining Specialist with training and field experience. She has a B.S. from Radford University in Natural Resource Management. While working for the Farm Service Agency in northern Nevada, she discovered Central Oregon and is happy to call it home!
